President
  Ken Hudes is the founding Principal of Atelier New Architecture and is recognized within the residential and commercial building industries for his high quality and creative design solutions. While pursuing his degree at Tulane, Ken spent a year at the Architectural Association in London. 

While completing his Master Architectural at UCLA, Ken studied with Pritzker Prize winner Thom Mayne and completed his thesis under the mentorship of Daniel Libskined.  Ken is currently an executive board member of the arts foundation Dieu Donne Papermill in Manhattan and has been a registered architect in the state of New York since 1997. Some of Mr. Hudes’ clients include Icon Realty Management, Magnum Real Estate Group and Stone Street Properties. Ken’s experience with new construction includes the recent completion of a 30,000 sq. ft. building with 29 residential units in Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. He was responsible for the full process from start to gaining the final Certificate of Occupancy.

MARK RECHLER
    Mark Rechler graduated Tulane University with a Masters of Architecture in 1989. He joined the Reckson Associates team for the next 12 years, designing and developing projects in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. As Sr. VP of Design & Development Mark oversaw the initial design concept through building completion for Class A office buildings, cutting edge R&D, as well as lobby interior and restaurants. 

    In 2002, Mark left Reckson to focus on other investment and design projects in the tri-state area as well as start-up internet companies. Executed projects include the Helo FBO Heliport in Kearny, New Jersey and the 30,000 sq. ft. life family recreation and event space in Ardsley, New York. Mark has served on the board of Island Harvest since 1994 and has been a registered architect in the State of NY since 1995.

    Josh has worked as a Project Manager at Build 360 since its inception in 2012. His first exposure to real estate came while working at Tower Brokerage, a firm specializing in sales, rentals, and management of residential properties in the East Village. Josh worked primarily on market research and building management. Soon after, he graduated from Wesleyan University with a major in physics and a desire to pursue architecture and construction.
    In 2011, Josh began working at Atelier New York Architecture. He focused on renovations of existing multi-family buildings in Manhattan and gained valuable experience in design, construction and NYC building code and zoning regulations. He was also responsible for obtaining permits and approvals from city agencies, and coordinating with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and building owners. Having a diverse record of experience, Josh was tapped by Build 360 to work on all aspects of the development process from acquisition and construction to financing and sales.
